Who we are

If you book a call or message us

What: your name, work email, company and anything you tell us in the booking form or a message.
Why: to hold the call, reply to you and, if you go ahead, run the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and contract once you hire us.
Who else sees it: Calendly (booking tool) and Instagram (if you message us there). They process it for us under their own terms and may store it outside the UK under approved safeguards.
How long: [CONFIRM, e.g. 24 months after our last contact], longer if we work together and the law requires it (for example invoices).

If we film you on the street

What: video and audio of you, your words, and your first name if you give it. We also keep a record of your release (your permission).
Why: to make adverts and social content for the brand whose product you tried. Our lawful basis is the permission you give when you sign the release.
Who else sees it: the brand we filmed for, and the public, when the ads run on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
How long: unused footage is deleted [CONFIRM, e.g. 90 days after delivery]. Footage used in ads is kept for the licence period in your release.
Changing your mind: tell us and we will stop using footage of you in anything new. Where ads are already live, we will ask the brand to take them down as soon as reasonably possible [CONFIRM against the release terms].

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
